WHAT DO I USE TO HANG DECORATIVE PLAQUES ON STUCCO OUTSIDE?

I'VE BEEN TOLD MOLLY BOLTS, DOESN'T SEEM QUITE RIGHT. NAILS? REGULAR CONCRETE ANCHORS? MY STUCCO CRUMBLES WHEN I DRILL INTO IT.

avoid nails; try lead plugs...nothing is perfect...if your stucco is crumbling, it may be desgraded and in need of replacement...
