we'er looking for someone to do some STUCCO repair on our home. We have heard that this is no easy task. Can you give some tips on what to look for in a company. Our next door neighbor got three estimates, and they still didn't do a good job. We realize it's expensive as well.

1What didn't he like about the job they did? Didn't cover the cracks? Didn't paint afterward? These are things that you should explain to contractors as they come in the give estimates. Listen to their reasoning behind why things occur. Also keep in mind that some people only tell you what you want to hear.
