What is cement microfiber glass stucco?

1) I'm buying under contract house and when I ask builder what kind of stucco he is using, he tell me - cement microfiber glass stucco. What is that? It's not synthetic?
2) the builder charge me 10 000.00$ for only front stucco. It's not over priced?The house is 3608sq ft, I don't know how many sq ft is front.
