Can stucco be applied over roughly laid cement blocks? | |
These cement blocks are in an old barn and the joints were not finished off properly. I tried just painting them and when they are a lighter color---they look cleaner of course, but the bad block laying job is even more noticeable. I really would like a smooth surface as this is being used now as a horse barn and the cement walls are part of the alleyway.
