The home inspector found water had seeped under one window. A swab test sent to a lab disclosed that there was mold. The owners are having the mold removed and a material's being used that prevents mold from reforming. Of course the area will be sealed properly. Assuming we ensure this and all other areas around doors, windows, etc, are properly sealed/maintained, should we feel comfortable going ahead with the purchase? Thank you for your prompt reply since we've alraedy signed an offer.
