Which is the best and reliable house stucco or brick ?

I live in GA. I recently became interested in buying a house, first time, I saw some Stucco houses, front portions, and some brick, front portions, sides are panels, hardyplants, I need some suggestions on reliability side and need to know which one is expensive to maintain or repair.
