Thats easy it all depends what kind of stuco will you be using .
Eifs apply styrofoam by base coat (basecoat act as glue to the brick and make sure it has enough base coat to support the styrofoam panel .Do not put too much base coat only enough to glue the panel on.) Sand down to even out the surface you may use a large water level to check. Basecoat it with fiberglass mash.Final color can be aplied by hand or spay gun.
Cement Stucco (STUCCO)one way
If the brick is straight all you have to do is paint it with special paint for stucco so the the stucco could stick.Next you basecoat the the surface and put finish coat by spay or hand.
Cement Stucco ( STUCCO) second way
If the brick is uneven you must put wire mash by preasure gun.First cement coat is aplied.Second Cement coat with fiberglass is aplied .Finish Coat aplied either by spay gun or by hand
