what kind of aggregate is added to stucco to give it that old 'popcorn' look? | |
hi, i have a 1911 built house that has a lot of stucco on it. it has a highly textured/close to popcorn look to it. can anyone answer what materials were probably added to give it this high textured/popcorn look? also, what would you recommend on this material being added to which coating? the popcorn look looks like it would have to have been made with something bigger than sand....but i need some tips from the experts :). thanks, ann
