What is the best way to change the color of my stucco?

My home was recently built (like just finished a month ago), and I hate the color of my stucco. It was supposed to be brown, but it is pink! I want to change the color to brown, but I don't know what is the best way to go about doing this? What paint do I use? How often am I going to have to re-paint it? or, should I just get my house re-stuccoed, .. I am just lost!! PLEASE HELP!
